At Alam Ahmed we have staff with over thirty years of experience in Immigration Law and are also able to communicate in various languages such as Bangla, Urdu and other dialects.
We have been providing specialist immigration service since April 2004 and are authorised by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) at level 3.
Our client base represents the diverse community of our locality. As well as serving clients needs locally we are delighted to be successfully assisting and representing clients from throughout the North West and other parts of the country.
We take on all levels of immigration work, but prefer to manage a case from the initial (application) stage right through to representation before the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal (AIT). We do not "sub contract out" our case work to other barristers or solicitors because we wish to maintain the quality and standards of our representation at all stages.
Our continued success has been a benchmark for others to follow. This is testament to our clients being fully supportive and co-operative in all aspects of our work. It is our ethos that openness and fairness play a pivotal role in a successfull client-adviser relationship.
Over the succeeding 4-5 years, we have established ourselves as a recognised provider of excellence as demonstrated by our own standards and those of the Office of the Immigration Services Commisioner (OISC).
